Freshers Week with YETI & THE FOX
With the start of university comes freshers week. We are all familiar with the saying ‘go hard or go home’, but sometimes taking it easy is also a good option as you know, sleep is v important. Freshers week is one of the most exciting and fun weeks of your life, and you’ll probably feel a lot of pressure to go to every event to feel like you’re making the most of it. Buuuuut you don’t want to start your term feeling knackered, very poor and with fresher’s flu. Here’s a few tips on how to survive, but enjoy, freshers week
Budget
You’ve probably gone to uni with a good chunk of savings stashed away, and it can be very very tempting to blow it all on shots, event tickets and endless glasses of cheap vino. But the best thing we can advise is BUDGET. Drunk you will not be your friend in the morning if you spend your whole months budget on one mediocre night out. You don't want to miss out on anything because you blew all your cash on the first day, so make sure you plan ahead!
Take Yeti & The Fox
Glutathione is one of nature’s most amazing natural compounds. It is stored primarily in the liver but it is abundant in the human body, as all human cells contain glutathione. It plays a significant role in energy metabolism, promoting optimum health and increased energy. Glutathione is your body's natural master antioxidant. It helps your body to stay healthy by participating directly in the neutralization of free radicals and reactive oxygen compounds, as well as maintaining exogenous antioxidants such as vitamins C and E in their active forms.
This powerful antioxidant is the core ingredient of Yeti & The Fox. When drinking, Yeti & The Fox replenishes your glutathione levels.
To get the best out of Yeti & The Fox, we recommend that you take two capsules with water just before you start drinking. Then, once you’ve gotten home, take one more with some water and head to bed. If you didn't take any before, then take them when you get home. No problem!
Drink your water
Staying hydrated is something that you should start implementing in your life as soon as possible, but when drinking alcohol it is even more important to keep yourself hydrated. Save yourself from the nasty hangover the next day and try to practise the 1:1 rule: after every alcoholic drink, drink a glass of water. It’s better for your body, your wallet, your mind and you can still have fun and enjoy yourself.
Ration what events you go to
During freshers, there will be so many events that it can be a massive pain trying to figure out what events to go too. And we also know that FOMO can hit hard when you’re chilling in bed at 9pm drinking tea and filling out a crossword whilst everyone else is out partying and having fun. But, you will enjoy your time out more if you’re not still suffering with the previous nights hungover, and you’ll also get to know your flatmates better by chilling at home with them over dinner than trying to talk over super loud music. Figure out what events you really really want to go too, and skip the others. You’ll thank yourself in the morning.
But, most importantly, have fun! You only go to uni once so make the most of it, just be sure to look after yourself.
