Gilmore Girls
The undisputed queen of autumn TV, “Gilmore Girls” brings that deep-seated fall feeling to every episode – even those ostensibly set in the middle of summer. Blame it on Stars Hollow, the show’s fictional cozy Connecticut home, but something about this coffee-obsessed, fast-talking, wise-cracking mother-daughter (Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel) pair makes it feel like hot cider and crackling fires time all year round.
The show's main focus is on the relationship between single mother, Lorelai Gilmore, and her daughter Rory, who live in Stars Hollow, Connecticut, a small fictional town filled with colorful characters.
The series explores issues of family, romance, education, friendship, disappointment, and ambition, along with generational divides and social class. The latter themes manifest through Lorelai's difficult relationship with her high society parents, Emily and Richard, and Rory's experiences at the elite, private high school Chilton and later on at Yale University.
Gilmore Girls began airing on the WB in 2000. Seven years of pop culture references and family drama later, it finished its run on The CW on May 15, 2007—10 years ago today.
Watchmen
Watchmen is an American superhero drama limited television series that continues the 1986 DC Comics series Watchmen. Watchmen takes place 34 years after the events of the comic series. In the comic's alternate history of the 20th century, vigilantes, once seen as heroes, were outlawed due to their violent methods.
In 1985, Adrian Veidt, formerly known as the vigilante Ozymandias, created a fake attack on New York City by a squid-like alien that resulted in millions within New York being killed, coercing nations to work together against a common threat and to avert a nuclear holocaust.
Veidt's actions disgusted his former companions, with Rorschach planning to tell the world of Veidt's misdeeds before he was vaporized by Doctor Manhattan, who subsequently left the planet. Unbeknowst to him, Rorschach had sent his journal to be published beforehand.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
Yes, it’s a show about a teenage witch. And yes, she’s in a blood feud with the devil. And sure, technically, this show is probably a better watch around Halloween. But the best thing about the “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” is its atmosphere and that atmosphere is peak “nature is dying, let’s wear cute sweaters and jackets.” If that doesn’t scream autumn, I don’t know what does.
