Cleansing Juice IDEAS

There are a huge array of benefits when it comes to juicing. It’s not something you should do and drink all the time, as your body does need the fibre you would get from eating the fruit and veggies. But, your body can absorb nutrients better when drinking freshly made juices as it gives you digestive system a rest from working on breaking down fibre. Some of the health benefits are reducing your risk of cancer, helping remove toxins from your body, help you loose weight, aid digestion, detoxify, and boost your immune system. So this is PERFECT in the winter months.

The best fruits and veggies to juice are carrots, ginger, lemons, oranges, cucumber, apples, limes, celery, kale, spinach, beets, and romaine lettuce. You can also add in parsley, chlorella and fresh or powdered turmeric. My personal favourite juice is carrot, ginger and apple. It’s delicious and the spice from the ginger really warms you up.
