Nights in with Nightire

Sometimes, you just need a good ol’ self care pamper night. Whilst it won’t fix your problems, it sure does help completely relax you, rejuvenate you and make you feel clean, pampered and like the queen you are. So, we thought considering now is the time to be focusing on self care let’s create our perfect self care evening checklist/schedule. Feel free to add or remove bits in and edit the schedule but this is just a rough idea of how you can spend a whole evening looking after your beautiful bod and mind to feel like a brand new you the following morning.

What you need

  • Face Packs/Masks

  • Shower gel (that smells heavenly)

  • Speakers

  • A good playlist

  • Nail Polish

  • Nail Cutting Kit & Polish Remover

  • Shampoo & Conditioner

  • Tweezers

  • Snacks (Popcorn & Tea)

Activities

  • Nail Painting

  • Face Masks

  • Pluck Eyebrows

  • Wash hair

  • Dance Party

  • De fluff your bod

  • Watch favourite film/TV Show

  • Social Media Detox night

  • Netflix/Disney Plus/Sky

  • Favourite Book

  • Mindful Activity (Sudoku, Colourful)

  • Razor

  • Moisturiser

  • PJS

The Schedule

Ok, so lets get into the fun stuff!

7pm - First things first, turn all your Social Media off. Tonight is about you and making yourself feel like the queen you are. No comparing, no vortex’s, just same simple, but much needed, you time.

7:30pm - Shower & Show/Dance Party Time. Make the shower steamy, crank that music up, wash your hair, condition your hair, shave your legs

8pm - Once you’ve hopped out the shower, now is the perfect time to pluck your eyebrows as your pores will be open, and to cut your nails as the nail is softer! Finish off by moisturising, combing your hair and doing your standard post shower hair-care routine

8:30pm - Still got your fav tunes on? Good, keep them pumping. Now for the mani/pedi, pick your most fav colour that makes you feel happy every time you see it and paint your nails! Put some cuticle oil on once finished and moisturise your hands so that they feel some love

9pm - Time to slip into the cosiest, most luxurious pyjamas you own! We LOVE Nightire’s pyjamas. They’re made of 100% organic bamboo, which makes their sleepwear super soft yet durable & luxuriously comfortable.

By now you should be feeling extra cared for and pretty and warm and cozy. Now would be a good time to put a face mask on and relaaaxxxx whilst you wait for it to do it’s job. Listen to some music, read your fav book, start watching your fav TV show

9:15pm - Now the best part, you’re all pampered and clean, so grab your fav snacks, snuggle up on the sofa and put on your favourite film or get stuck into a book you’re currently reading, or a trust fav that gives you all the films.

And then whenever you start to feel sleepy, light some candles, get all cozy in bed, write your journal, meditate and drift off into the dreamiest slumber…..
